Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

This policy explains what information Secure Verification Services ("we", "us") collects through this website (the "Site") and what we do with it. We built this Site to sell and support a self-hosted security assessment platform — we don't run advertising, we don't sell data, and we collect as little as we reasonably can.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising tools on this Site. The only third-party network request the Site itself makes is to Google Fonts (see Section 4).

2. How we use information

We do not use contact form submissions for marketing, and we do not share them with third parties except where necessary to reply to you (e.g. standard email delivery infrastructure).

3. Data retention

Contact form messages live in our email inbox for as long as normal email retention applies to that account; the contact API itself does not persist submissions to a database. You can ask us to delete a specific email thread at any time — see Section 7.

4. Third-party services

5. Security

This Site is served entirely over HTTPS/TLS. The contact form endpoint applies rate limiting and input sanitization, and we do not store payment information on our own infrastructure at any point — that is handled entirely within Gumroad's PCI-compliant systems.

6. Children's privacy

This Site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 16 years of age.

7. Your rights and contact

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you (i.e. past contact-form correspondence) by emailing terminalvelocityai@gmail.com. For anything related to a purchase or affiliate payout, contact Gumroad support directly, since we do not hold that data ourselves.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
